Renewing Items
Late fines can be avoided by returning or renewing items by their due date. You can renew books in person, by phone at (780) 836-3054, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac. We also have two convenient apps that you can use; Libby and TRAC - both are free from your app store.
Most items may be renewed twice, unless other patrons have holds on the item.
Placing Holds
Can't find what you're looking for on the shelves? You can place a hold in person, by phone, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac or on one of our two convenience apps; Libby & TRAC - both are free from the app store.
You may place up to 50 holds at a time. Items are held for 7 days; please call the library to extend the pick-up period, otherwise they will be marked as "unclaimed" and returned to the loaning library.
Please suspend your holds if you will be away for an extended period of time or cancel holds that are no longer desired. You can do so in person, by phone, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac.
Lost or Stolen Card
For your protection, contact the library immediately to report a lost or stolen card so we can stop others from using it. You are responsible for anything borrowed until it is reported. Replacement cards are free (first time replacement).
